The Standard
For us, origin isn't a story, it's the standard.
Grape, vineyard, and vinification. The real story of where a wine comes from.
Indigenous varieties. Low-intervention winemaking. If a wine doesn't meet that, it's not in the portfolio.
A Considered Approach
We work closely with sommeliers to find wines that enrich a list. Wines that stand out, and that guests genuinely enjoy.
That starts with tasting together, and continues as your list evolves with wines worth building around.
About Nyssos
Nyssos was founded in 2026 out of a simple conviction: Greek wine belongs among the world's leading wine countries, not on the side as a curiosity.
As an independent importer, working directly with growers in Greece, we look for producers who prove that point through the varieties they choose to work with, and the precision behind every bottle.
These are the wines we seek out and represent.
Nyssos is named after Nysa, the mythical place where Dionysos, the Greek god of wine, was raised. Often associated with the mountainous area around Thebes, this region is also home to several wines in our portfolio. A natural link between ancient wine culture and its modern expression.
